T master Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 (edited) Bleacher report has a article on Shawn Rogers that speculates it would be good for both the Bills & Browns if they would make a strait up trade L Evans for Shawn Rogers . Seeing as we do need help on D it may be a good trade if Rogers was healthy , but he has been hurt this year and his playing time has been limited . Maybe because Lee is so durable if they could make the trade plus a 3rd or 4th round pick it may be worth it seeing as Easley will be back next year . Plus Evans is a Cleveland native & that may interest him . We may also be able to open some cap room for other players ?? Ah who knows but read the article it's something to think about !! Ah who knows but read the article it's something to think about !! Who runs Bleacher Report-a bunch of Browns fans? There's still enough time for Lee Evans to be a piece of the puzzle on a good Bills team 2-3 years from now. There's no way that fat slug Rogers would be a Bill by the time the team got good. Trade Lee for an injured, out of shape slug- No Thanks!
Roc City Bills Backer Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 The Browns can keep him and his small arsenal of handguns. PASS
The Senator Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Yeah that was yesterday's news, before the trade deadline passed and it didn't happen. (I mentioned it in passing yesterday - consensus was that it'd be a very stupid move by Buffalo.)
