IDBillzFan
I don't think you know how credit cards work. Yes you can refund with just the number and expiration date. This is a weird weird post. Do large words and long radio segments hurt your head or something? There exist political attack ads on the TV machine. Nobody knows who paid for them, and nobody legally has to tell anyone they made them. To date, all of the attack ads attack democrats. Most suspicions are that large corporations and international entities are the ones responsible, as they have the motive and funds to do this. LA, You are lazy. You're the one who is unable to provide your own explanation as to why the cartoon you linked to is factually correct, but I'm the lazy one. Got it. Since you have once against proven your inability to think for yourself, perhaps we can at least both agree that the burden of proof is on Obama to prove he returned all of that money. So it's in everyone's best interest for him to open up his books and prove it, right? And maybe we can get Soros to open his books? And SEIU? Isn't that just logical based on Axelrod's interview this weekend?

DC Tom
What is factually accurate, conner? I believe he's referring to the well-known fact that guys in pinstripe suits wear bags of money on their heads.
Magox
At least we have established two well-known observations, and that is one, that the Obama administration is full of thin-skinned suits and two, that Conner is an idiot.
IDBillzFan
This is a very nonsensical post. It's actually very simple, and if you were able to generate an original thought, you'd realize that. You said the cartoon you linked to was factually accurate. In what way is it factually accurate? C'mon, conner. You can do it.

IDBillzFan
I don't think you understand how humor works. Ahhh, yes, the ol' "I was only kidding" response. Tried and true for those unable to generate original thought. It's right up there with that other classic from the non-thinkers; making accusations, and in lieu of defending your accusations, telling others to prove you wrong. I believe that's referred to in liberal circles as "Giving them the 'ol Axelrod."

Perhaps "humor" was not the right word, but you really need to go look up "satire" in a dictionary.

OCinBuffalo
My takeaway from this thread is: Shieffer is on to something. After terabytes of scurrilous, that inevitably turn into specious, conner, etc. threads/posts since we didn't find WMD in Iraq, all resulting in Epic Fail, we must also ask, "Is this the best you can do?". All this crap is nothing. Wait until June 2011. I said it would get like this 6 months ago. 6 months from now, it will be even worse. The far-left simply will not apply reasoned introspection to themselves, and they will continue to blame everyone else instead of their horrible methods. They are a giant, steaming pile of Fail. If the Republicans are the Party of No, the Democrats are the Party of No Clue.
drnykterstein
So it was satirical, yet factually correct? You really are a !@#$ing idiot. Maybe this is why you crazies are so maladjusted. You *really* do not understand satire.

Perhaps "humor" was not the right word, but you really need to go look up "satire" in a dictionary. None of which explains why you said it was factually accurate. Again...what was factually accurate about the cartoon? Are you unable to answer such a simple question aimed at a very simple statement? There must have been SOME reason you said it was factually accurate. What was that reason?

DC Tom
I hate to say this but many time satire is factually correct. Just not in this case. I disagree. Satire, by nature being an expression of irony or sarcasm, is most often expressed through hyperbole or allegory, which are by definition not factual (excellent example: South Park). Satire can be factual, but most often isn't. And definitely isn't in this case.
