Endless Ike Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/07/bills-suffer-first-blackout-since-2006/ Plenty more where that came from. I look forward to Ralph starting the "all you can eat" seats, like the lions had last year, where you pay a premium to get unlimited dogs, nachos, sodas, etc.
CountDorkula Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Plenty more where that came from. I look forward to Ralph starting the "all you can eat" seats, like the lions had last year, where you pay a premium to get unlimited dogs, nachos, sodas, etc. I still would not go. . .
Endless Ike Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I still would not go. . . It depends on how hungry I was!
H2o Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Is anyone really surprised? Hope for this season has been shot down earlier than normal.
uticaclub Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Plenty more where that came from. I look forward to Ralph starting the "all you can eat" seats, like the lions had last year, where you pay a premium to get unlimited dogs, nachos, sodas, etc. The padres had that this year. $29 for 100 level seating & they didn't pat you down so those soda's turn into rum and cokes real quick
Just Jack Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Plenty more where that came from. I look forward to Ralph starting the "all you can eat" seats, like the lions had last year, where you pay a premium to get unlimited dogs, nachos, sodas, etc. I'd do it. Or I wonder if they would do an "add on" purchase since I already have my seasons.
Bill from NYC Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Does anyone know how many seats they failed to sell?
Just Jack Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Does anyone know how many seats they failed to sell? Last number I saw was around 10,000. I'm thinking there's going to be another 10,000 not showing up.
CodeMonkey Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 (edited) Does anyone know how many seats they failed to sell? There were still approximately 12,000 tickets remaining when today’s 1 p.m. deadline arrived, so Buffalo’s streak of 26 consecutive blackout-lifting sellouts is over. http://rocnow.com/article/bills/2010101007011 Edited October 7, 2010 by CodeMonkey
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 An honor well desreved by our inept front office.
CodeMonkey Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Free booze? I wonder what King Rogers goon squad would think about that.
Another Point of View Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Finally some compassion for the fans, black it out everywhere!
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 When was the last time they couldn't sell out a home game in October?
sllib olaffub Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I was reading on Profootballtalk that the Raiders failed to sell out their game for the tenth consecutive game... and I couldn't help but to think: all this talk of the Bills moving to LA. Who in LA would pay to go see this team? Maybe for the first season, but you have to put a good team on the field. At least have some player or two to inspire hope. The Bills in Buffalo would work - we have supported this team - the fans have done their part. This is not on the economy. This is not on the fans. This is on the Front Office, and more specifically, Ralph Wilson.
