He's stumped because a government turd like Blumenthal can't create a job. Of course like all the other government turds, he's too arrogant to recognize that fact.

 

Jobs are created by people that produce goods or services that have value.

1. Confiscate resources from someone who produces

2. Hire someone to perform a menial task that facilitates your political agenda

3. Distribute resources procured in step 1 to worker assigned to step 2.
