Just Jack
Need a temp email to avoid spam when signing up on a webpage? Try this.... http://10minutemail.com/10MinuteMail/about.html?cid=10975543 By clicking on the link below, you will be given a temporary e-mail address. Any e-mails sent to that address will show up automatically on the web page. You can read them, click on links, and even reply to them. The e-mail address will expire after 10 minutes. Why would you use this? Maybe you want to sign up for a site which requires that you provide an e-mail address to send a validation e-mail to. And maybe you don't want to give up your real e-mail address and end up on a bunch of spam lists. This is nice and disposable. And it's free. Enjoy! boyst
Great find, I will use this in the future for sure. It is annoying having a throw away account because often times that account receives real info. Thanks for sharing!

Fezmid
Bugmenot.com is a good site to get a login to a site without even needing the temporary address. Sites routinely close down accounts that are posted there though. Still, worth a shot.
Chef Jim
I have an email address that I use just for this. I go in and delete the several pages of spam every couple of weeks.
KD in CA
I have an email address that I use just for this. I go in and delete the several pages of spam every couple of weeks. Same here; my hotmail account is only for stuff I do online. And their spam filter is excellent....very little crap gets through.
The Poojer
i get everyone's disdain for such things as spam, but don't ever let your guard down and think you will not be spammed or subjected to re-targeting. cookies follow you around every step of the on-line process, so while you may not be getting the emails, you certainly are being tracked, and served and those served ads are probably more effective in eliciting consumer action than spam emails could ever hope to be. You just need to be careful and vigilant and keep your on-line experience safe and secure. Just realize you can run, but you cannot hide... GoodBye
Same here; my hotmail account is only for stuff I do online. And their spam filter is excellent....very little crap gets through. Until someone hacks your email. I have no idea how to cancel or get my hotmail account back.
