BUFFALOTONE
Hey folks Looking for some of your favorite ideas to spice up my tailgate. Heading to the FSU/Canes game on Saturday and normally I have a pretty good handle on things but wanted to see if you veterans had any good side dish recipes. I normally do the following: Fresh Italian sausage for the warm ups- Hot and Cheese and parsley Marinated skirt steak and chicken breasts(24 hrs) at least Get some nice soft pita bread and make our version of a gyro with lettuce, tomato onion and tstiki(sp?) sauce always a crowd pleaser Taco dip (another good one) chips and salsa (hey its south florida, what do you want) Plenty of cold beers Looking for something kind of light to go with the Gyros and sausage. Thanks Guys!

Thanks Guys! Not light, and won't go with Gyros and Sausage, but an amazing dish. Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing (use chunky) 4 - 6 oz franks hot sauce. 1 cup shredded cheddar chesse 2 chicken breasts (cook these beforehand, and cut into small pieces (cubes)) Mix the cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, 1/2 the cheddar cheese, and hot sauce together (use a mixer for best results). Then mix in the chicken by hand. top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 350. reheat on the grill/stovetop at the tailgate. This dish is awesome. I made it yesterday for the Sunday beating........... Eat with crackers, or small pieces of french bread (best). Celery is good too! BUFFALOTONE
Working on them now. I have a fail safe but its about 160 a ticket or so. My buddy works for the tribe and may get some comp jobs. I will let you know what I come across. Ebay has them but I would wait till game day when they get desperate. I passed on 2 FSU alums tix for 300 because my buddy said too, for his health and well being he better produce.

Fezmid
Gracias, I did not know this..... It's relatively new. I'm always looking for feedback/suggestions on how to improve it as well. Since it's a not a true database, searching is pretty limited. The best I could come up with for now is the tags in front of the recipe names. Still, lots of good stuff in there. Fezmid
Just a reminder about the TSW Cookbook. Still need to put more recipes there (including migrating more from the old cookbook). With the holidays here, it's a good time to try out new recipes and post your own!
