akm0404 Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Like it isn't 100% obvious that we'll be flopping back and forth between Fitzpatrick and Brohm for the rest of the season. Who cares. Until the Bills draft a real quarterback and hire a real coach, we are fail.

I respectfully disagree, Brohm was a top rated QB, all he really lacks is playing time and perhaps some confidence. Drafting yet another highly rated QB makes no sense to me until Brohm proves he is NOT the guy.
MattyT Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Drafting yet another highly rated QB makes no sense to me until Brohm proves he is NOT the guy. Well they better figure that out before the end of the season then.
Keukasmallies Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Brohm almost played, the Bills almost played,....
Doc Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 It's time to start Brohm and then Brown. And if they show nothing, it's the 2011 draft.
Dorkington Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Lets replace one mediocre QB with another mediocre QB! Wait... no, lets replace that other mediocre QB with this other mediocre QB! THAT'LL BE THE ANSWER. ...
uncle flap Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Lets replace one mediocre QB with another mediocre QB! Wait... no, lets replace that other mediocre QB with this other mediocre QB! THAT'LL BE THE ANSWER. ... mediocre?
Dorkington Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Yes. Edwards, Fitz and Brohm are mediocre. They can play backup QB on a few teams.
K Gun Special Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 cue the responses " - let see what he can do - cant hurt - he looked good in preseason - get er done chan - he was really good at louisville - Bills offer was matched by GB

You haven't seen enough of me play to know I'm not good, either! Put me in, coach!
Another Point of View Posted October 4, 2010 Author Posted October 4, 2010 Well they better figure that out before the end of the season then. If the Bills get blown out again, I am sure we will see Brohm eventually
GG Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 If the Bills get blown out again, I am sure we will see Brohm eventually If?
thewildrabbit Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Jeez guys, throwing Brian Brohm in there against that Jets pass rush would be like taking a lamb to slaughter... He will have plenty of chances to run for his life this season, but for now It would be better to let the guy with experience in running for his life play
uncle flap Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Yes. Edwards, Fitz and Brohm are mediocre. They can play backup QB on a few teams. oh ok. i thought you meant mediocre starters
DrDawkinstein Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 ive been saying for the past week that we'll see Brohm starting sometime near week 7, and Brown will be starting the last handful of games. ITS AN EVALUATION YEAR
Sabre Bill Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 (edited) Brohm after the buy. No better, no worse, no answer. Brown? I doubt it. He was drafted as a project. Someone (McShay?) said B. Gabbert (MO) was going to stay in school for another year. I hope not. Bills or not, I think he'll be a pro starter sooner rather than later. I don't see how another college year really helps him that much. Edited October 4, 2010 by Sabre Bill
BuffaloBill Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 ive been saying for the past week that we'll see Brohm starting sometime near week 7, and Brown will be starting the last handful of games. ITS AN EVALUATION YEAR Amen - no way are the Bills even close to a playoff team. It is time to figure out if Brohm has the stuff of an NFL QB. Fitz is a backup - plain and simple. I am not saying that I see Brohm as the long term answer. Rather, the issue is that we do not know. Better to find out what you have in the guy because it changes the draft strategy in 2011.
Ennjay Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 "Getting Brohm some snaps figures to happen should there be another lopsided game in the future." -- Chris Brown Geez, what are the chances?
