I thought for sure the date you were referring to was the one that Aussie went on recently.

 

Well, it was pretty good. But I'm not sure I would desribe it as living in infamy. :doh:

I see a jury ruled WTC leaseholder Larry Silverstein can collect up to 4.6 Billion from nine insures in Court Monday. Appeal forthcoming though I'd guess........

Yep....I'm sure. I hardly think that Larry couldn't make do with 3.5B. More money means they will just make the site even more tacky and overblown.

 

I for one wish they had just filled in the pit and turned it into a park, but 10MM sq ft * $40 per is a lot of rental income once they replace the buildings. :)

Considering the unofficial name for that is nine-eleven, it may be a bit tougher to forget.
