sleaky72 Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Last I checked the Jets don't owe the Bills anything. Almost any coach will say that it is their job to stop the other team not the other way around. Yea I used to hate it when teams would run up the score when I played, but deep down I was more pissed off at myself and our team for not getting the job done. Thank you!!!! The most pathetic thing is to whine about the way another team is kicking your butt~ This is a man's game!! Step up and hit or hurt someone! Jeez
Roc Bronson Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Seriously, what guy on this roster would you keep if you could incur no cap liability by releasing everyone? I'd probably keep Spiller. And Lindell I guess. That's really about it. Our best players is Moorman hands down, so he will stay
wardigital Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 I am not a fan of Brian Brohm. I am not interested in Brohm being the future QB of this team. I am not interested in even considering it. BUT! If Gailey & co. want to "work with Brohm more" as they used as a reason for the Edwards release, why not now?
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Polian was not the GM in 1985, Stew Barber drafted and signed Bruce. It's true that Polian got Kelly signed in '86, but he didn't draft him. That was my point. Stew Barber amazing he drafted Bruce but he was the architect of the back to back 2 - 14 seasons
Boatdrinks Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 I'm thinking we beat the Jags and another meaningless game late in the season. Maybe. At least Fitz is still playing in this one. Can't say much for anyone else. At least we're in range for that final FG down by 31.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 one thing ya gotta say about Fitz he does seem to have the guts to play QB. lets see an onsides kick attempt here
Punch Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Stew Barber amazing he drafted Bruce but he was the architect of the back to back 2 - 14 seasons Which is why I agreed there was a lot of luck in acquiring players like Kelly, Bruce, Andre (and others like Ritcher and Talley, etc.) prior to Polian's arrival.
BRH Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Our best players is Moorman hands down, so he will stay He really hasn't played like it so far this year. And it's not like he hasn't had the chances.

DrFishfinder Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 At least Steve Johnson is still playing. At least Fitz and Johnson are still playing. Good to see.
Punch Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 but we almost drafted flutie instead!!!!! Yeah, if Ralph had his way. I guess whatever Ralph says goes.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 why wouldnt ya try an onside kick ur getting killed what difference would it have made??
BRH Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Which is why I agreed there was a lot of luck in acquiring players like Kelly, Bruce, Andre (and others like Ritcher and Talley, etc.) prior to Polian's arrival. Don't forget the trade for Biscuit. That took guts, to give up that many picks for one player. But he was a game-changer.

There haven't been many trades like that in the past 25 years, but it's awesome that in such a gigantic 3 team trade the Bills easily made out the best.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 WHOA!!! Why is our $24 million linebacker still in the damn game?!?!?! Our defense would be in a shambles if we lost him!
