Sure, he can be a bit corny (who wouldn't while working with Theismann?), but I prefer his style of "Don't give me your BS...this is what really happened on that play" type of analysis. For the most part, McGuire tells it like it is. He does his love-fest sh*t because he has to on national TV, but otherwise, I'd prefer him over anyone. OnTheRocks Posted December 7, 2004 Share Posted December 7, 2004 i think Criqui is a heavy drinker. i get the impression this guy shows up on Saturday....misses the production meetings...convinces some min. wage secretary to fax him a roster sometime around 10:00 p.m. and he pours over that for about 15 minutes in a hotel lobby bar. he is simply horrible.
