I would rather have them wait then do something just to get it done. I am not making excuses why it has taken so long, but BFLO isn't TOR or CHI. As long as they do a good job and it doesn't strap the region anymore than they are now, I am fine with the delay. Like the old joke about the carpenter doing work for somebody else. The lady customer says: "Take your time and do a good job, just as if it was your own house." The carpenter picks up al his stuff and starts to leave. The lady says: "Where are you going?" The carpenter replies: "You said treat it like it was my house, I will be back in 20 years." It is what it is. Again look at the region. Now if they wait all this time and then the area still is strapped by the cost (or whatever like poor planning)... Then I will get down on them. Gotta say the pressure to do it "right" is mounting.
