when i first got into homebrewing, a buddy of mine used to get gallons of unpasturized apple cider, leave it on a radiator for a couple days, add some champagne yeast...voila, not too shabby cyser

 

I'll be making several gallons, as soon as I find a source of apples.

Not to get off topic or nothing but you know what stinks in the juice aisle these days? Plastic containers that's what. Ever try to smash a guys head with a Mott's apple juice? It used to be really fun. Now the thing just bounces off. These politically correct jerks really are cramping my style.
