Logical Reasoning Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 With the redesign of the both the offense and the defense, the showcasing of Lynch, and the the strength of the three other teams in our division; the playoffs don't look particularly promising. I would say Edwards is a good third string qb on most teams. He knows our offense and Gailey, but the players know him too and probably be disappointed to see him come in if Fitz got injured. He will not be here next year and the coaches probably have him third on the depth chart. Would it be wise to cut him and see if you could get Brown back. He looked bad against the Lions, but he is a rookie and we know how limited his snaps were in camp. If we are going after a Mallet, Locker, or Luck next year; shouldn't we give him a spot to at least see his potential in practice vs. a guy who no one wants to see play for the Bills again including the players? If you aren't going to make the playoffs, why not? Not to be overly negative but if you take Spiller out of the equation and give Moats some credit for a block in the Spiller touchdown, our second, third, fourth, fifth, six, and both seventh round picks did not play yesterday.
