RayFinkle Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 and his agent doesn't like it. My link "We had multiple offers and the Chargers squashed them all," Jonathan Feinsod, one of Jackson's agents, said...Feinsod was critical of Smith, saying "Archie Manning had it right," a reference to Manning's reluctance to have Eli Manning play for San Diego after being drafted by the team in 2004. "They call [smith] the Lord of No Rings for a reason." don't be such a hater Feinsod...
Got_Wood Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 That's not entirely true. Teams can still trade for him until the trade deadline in October. They just won't let him take the field until his 6 game suspension is served. This deadline was going to allow him to play earlier than that.
Mr. WEO Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 Agent's crying because he isn't getting his windfall.
/dev/null Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 When I saw the thread title: Vincent Jackson is not coming to Buffalo, immediately I thought of: In other news, General Franco is still dead
earthtobrint Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 In other news, General Franco is still dead So you're saying he's not coming to Buffalo either?

DarthICE Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 AJ smith is a prick and no one in the NFL cares for the jerk.
uforesircher Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 So you're saying he's not coming to Buffalo either? very, very funny stuff
papazoid Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 AJ smith is a prick and no one in the NFL cares for the jerk. that may be true....in another post i predicted that SD would decine all trade offers. i applaud a GM who refuses to be pushed around by these aggressive agents. i thought the jets should have played hardball with revis too.

Malazan Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 If the Bills front office was competent they would have already traded for him! Seriously, I heard a lot of rumors that he was available!
