Well then .. just blow him away at the door when he rings the bell. Tell the cops it is self defense. He caught a raccoon in a box trap in his garden this summer and had to shoot 8x with a .22 rifle before he hit it. This is a animal confined in a cage at a range measured in inchs, not feet.
