Well thanks for posting, I enjoyed it regardless Great stuff! You have to remember, this contest was held in days when the traveling violation wasn't disregarded as much as it is now. Mac had trouble hitting the shots that required a lot of traveling. All that said, I agree, the athletes are better now, but the game was pretty great back then as well. plenzmd1 Posted September 18, 2010 Share Posted September 18, 2010 Man, I do not remeember McAdoo playing for the Knicks. But was cool to hear Criqui on there for a little more Buffalo connection. On a side note, Mad Dog had Criqui on the other day for a great interview. For guys like me in our mid 40's and above, Criqui's voice brings back memories of big games in the late 70's early 80's. When you think about it, Criqui had prolly the best college game ever in Miami v Nebraska and that great Chargers Dolphins game, which they said SI voted game of the century.
