bills_fan Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 They are down on Long Island....but I still cant afford **** becuase any decent house on a plot of land bigger than Inez Sainz' ass has taxes pushing 12K per year. LI legged down 10% from 06. It is now legging down another 10%. As to the taxes, they were assessed on a house that was 20% higher. You will be able to grieve them down by about 20%. Where are you looking on LI?
IDBillzFan Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 (edited) Report just came out for Orange County, CA, and of the 83 zip codes, 53 saw a drop. Fortunately, my zip code saw a 10% jump last month, and YTD increase of 29%. I'll take it. Edited October 8, 2010 by LABillzFan
