ganesh Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Flacco had to handle quite a bit of pressure from the Jets defense tonight. Agreed. And at this point Flacco is much better and more accomplished QB than Edwards. Unfortunately for Edwards, he just hasn't had that continuity to build the confidence. Too many moving parts including Edwards himself who has been injured causing a disruption in the rhythm.
Pneumonic Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Sanchez did direct the Jets to 3 scoring drives. One drive was even longer than 18 feet. The guy's a dud, just like Edwards.
rafter Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Passing Cmp Att Yds TDs M. Sanchez 10 21 74 0 T. Edwards 18 34 139 1 C. Henne 21 34 182 0 T. Brady 25 35 258 3 Still only 1 QB in our division.
Bills4L Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Thats like getting a 30 on a test and thinking you are smarter than the next guy who got 25. Hahaha LMAO... very sad and true
bigbillsfan12 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 The thing about Edwards is that he just doesn't act or talk like a leader, he doesn't have the attitude of a NFL quarterback. Nevermind that he is not talented enough to be a starting QB, he just doesn't have that charisma to be a general on the football field. It might sound trivial but you can tell by the way he carries himself, the way he interviews that he is still a boy in a man's game. You look at the real successful QB's like Manniing, Brees, Brady, Rivers etc. They all look and act and talk like real men not like little wanna be MTV stars. He just isn't a leader of men and that is a very big part of the NFL.

peteski Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 They both suck, but Sanchez has the higher ceiling.
