Meanwhile Littmann is the go between Ralph and his pocketbook and he has made Ralph a very rich man while the organization has been run into the ground. This lack of financial committment is the root of all problems with this organization and the only constants in the last 15 plus years of losing has been Ralph and Jeffrey.
