A local place here in Buffalo called DWYERS mixes butter, franks red hot sauce, and chivettas and I gotta say its the best thing topping on wings...EVER

Durango is a cool little town. I love how you can get your fishing gear at walmart then walk down to the river behind the store and fish

grill em, marinate and baste in oil, black pepper and red wine vinegar. toss em in red hot and butter

Hey Durangobill, I'm in Denver and ready for opening day! We cook them in a turkey fryer, you can get about 100 in there at a time. We shake them in straight Franks Red Hot, but as the others said, if you want to bring down the heat, add some butter. Have fun!
