Chris in Syracuse Posted September 10, 2010 Share Posted September 10, 2010 With some many people on IR last year I for one am glad to see injury settlements and release for players that can't stay on the field. I feel for these men as any person would but NFL means business and not games. Shouman who I really liked could not stay on the field and now he is not only IR but completely released. I see the same thing with Mitchell. I care for these players on a personal level and I wish them nothing but the best in their careers but it is time we start to rid ourselves of constantly injured players.
