JinWPB Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 Parcells stepping down, cutting their starting center from last year 3 days before game,Dollfans are goin nuts..
Fitzmagic Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 I'm trying to figure out what they're doing too. Nonetheless - they still have Ricky and Ronnie - and that's what scares me the most.
mike oxhurtz Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 Look at the Bills last year, Schonert & Walker both get canned 10 days before the start of the season and the Bills sucked, so hopefully with the Tuna stepping down & their getting the axe, the Fish will experience the same fate.

Actually, the Bills played arguably their best game of the year on Opening Day, surprising everyone including us (and obviously excluding the late stupid fumble that lost it). The OL was clicking like NO ONE imagined. The offense moved the ball like they hadn't at all in pre-season. The defense was stellar the entire game until giving up TDs on perfect passes late, one on a 25 yard drive.

I look at how the Bills did after that game.
Kelly the Dog Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 Everyone plays the Pats like it's their superbowl. I look at how the Bills did after that game. The next game was probably their second or third best of the season. They put up 33 points. Freddy rushed for 163 yards and Edwards threw for 230 and a pair of TDs. Which brings up a point that no one ever seems to care too much about: BEFORE the rash of injuries, our terrible OL was actually pretty darn good. It was very good against NE and very good against Tampa Bay in game two. By game three we were already starting Jonathan Scott against the Super Bowl champs and only then it started to go downhill.
ChasBB Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 I caught Sparano's press conference on Dolphins' Web site on Tuesday. The guy just comes across as very tired and defeated. Maybe he was just having a rough day -- I don't know.
notwoz Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 I hope the Dolphins are in turmoil. That just means the Bills' chances to win are that much better

And the same problem scares me again. Our OL depth has been pretty spotty. Also, we had a better RT than what we have now.
