"I am a little older and understand the nature of the business -- the older you get the more your skills supposedly diminish, but I think I am getting wiser in how to use my physical skills. That's the frustrating part when you put so much heart and desire into things and feel like you are not wanted."

I know Brady is not going to give the Pats a "hometown" discount this time around, so with Brady most likely getting a bigger salary, this looks like it could be Moss' last year in NE.

This is an important point. I think the lack of a new contract has also upset Brady; he's just not going to mouth off in the papers like Moss. But if the Pats* really let him hit free agency, they will be forced to pony up huge dollars to keep him.
