bills44
so, unless they're picking up a TE, that would leave the Bills with 1 TE for the first 4 games of the season
kasper13
Down to ONE TE on the roster. One. I'd say they are pretty thin there. Hope he can play every offensive snap and not get hurt for 4 weeks. Have to think they will pick up a couple TE's off the scrap heap.
Peter
I can only hope that they are trading for Greg Olsen. so, unless they're picking up a TE, that would leave the Bills with 1 TE for the first 4 games of the season
Kelly the Dog
Obviously they have already made a deal for someone. Hope it's not George, we need a decent blocker. Could be the guy the Lions waive. I would like David Martin if he is healthy. Will be interesting. Astrobot
I can only hope that they are trading for Greg Olsen. I was wondering about him or signing Chase Coffman. Edit: Bengals just signed Coffman, so that ain't it... Edited September 5, 2010 by Astrobot
BillsGuyInMalta
Its not Spencer Havner, he was unfortunately claimed by the Lions earlier today. He would have made a good Bill. Could be Martin Rucker who got released yesterday, or maybe David Martin formerly of the Fins. In fact, signing Martin might be a good idea to get a glimpse into the Fins game planning for this weekend. Kelly the Dog
Would they ever consider picking up Derek Fine again? Remember the Sabres bumper sticker that went, "Lindy is and Larry doesn't"? Think "isn't."

Don't know that Coffman has actually cleared waivers yet (hasn't been 24 hours and the Bengals re-signed Coffman to their practice squad - we can still claim him off their PS (doubt they'd offer to sign him to their active roster - they have 3 TEs now and don't know who they'd cut to make room for a fourth). BillsGuyInMalta
Cornelius Ingram would be a nice pick up imo. Ingram was a beast in college but the poor guy just can't stay healthy. Last I heard he was still recovering from his second torn ACL.
