Thought some of you might get a kick out of the Buffalo scenes, and the predictions of the "climate experts" back then. Sound just as certain as todays globel warming "experts". Fixing one problem begets another = human political history. You bet! In 1977 the entire S. Buffalo/Lackawanna Lake Shore was in business.
