CentralVaBills Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 we are in. I didn't base this on our team, so to speak at the time, but rather on everyone elses schedule. The choke is on for a bunch of other teams. And so far, we are getting things that SHOULD NOT have happened. Such as.......Oakland winning AT Denver and Cincy winning AT Baltimore. The choke is on, and we haven't even gotten to the "must lose games" yet for the contenders. MUCHO help thus far. Now, we sit back and let Pittsburgh, the Colts and the big boys help us. Win out, and we're in! I would almost guarantee it!
zow2 Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 So basically the Bills playoffs started vs. the Rams. Basically we have to pull a New England and run the table to make the playoffs....then run the table to win the big show. Not too difficult right?!?
gantrules Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 I'd be happy with a playoff appearance...We'd either get SD or Indy in the first round.

And when you looked at the other teams, and who they played.......this was doable. The huge key that officially set this off however, was a huge road win in SEATTLE. That is one that NOT ANY OF US counted on before the season. Now, the run is on. What we are basically now doing is running up our record against the same teams that Jets were able to defeat. Now the Jets schedule also gets a little more difficult too. The only game that is a kick to the nuts is the JAX game! Question is........Can we win in Cincy?

Lay your mortgage on the Colts and give whatever points they are giving. Because our run comes to a screaching halt right there. But no biggie.......all these playoff type games to get in will have been sweet enough for me!
Duke Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 I still think it's too little, too late. I still think about the first 4 games and even if they had split them I think we could have been where the Jets are now. 6-2 over the last 8 games is very impressive considering.

Not too much to expect. If any team ever deserved it it would be the Buffalo Bills!

LOL, be smart.........if it happens......TAKE THE COLTS over the Bills in Round One, and bet whatever your bookies limit is. It will be the easiest bet all year.
JAMIEBUF12 Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 i just want to see the team finish strong!if we go 9-7 i'd be thrilled.if 10-6 and make playoffs even better, but next year watch out, with willis ,jp and lee evans this offense will be scary
Josh Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 Sunday Night Football just had us in the 'playoff race' graphic. After starting 0-4, I am in shock just to have us mentioned~!

JP? No one has ANY clue how he'll be. It might be Drew again. Who knows! Let's hope our QB whoever it is will be sound! Magahee and Evans......you bet!
