Just Jack
We had an article like that in the local paper just a week ago... Three transplants share why they like Central New York Syracuse Post Standard - Upstate New York means different things to different people. For some of our neighbors to the south, "Upstate" means Westchester County -- within an hour's drive of New York City. To some of our neighbors to the north, "Upstate" means Massena -- a hop, skip and a jump from the Canadian border. So just imagine what went through the minds of three Downstate AXA Equitable employees several years ago when management of that life insurance and financial services company told them they were moving "Upstate" to Syracuse. Skeptical, to say the least, here are three "Downstaters" who took the leap to Syracuse and are finding Central New York to be a perfect fit. Rochester is a great city to live. Parts of Syracuse are awesome. PTR
