Wizard Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-bills-schoumanhurthopefully not his right one again You know, I hate seeing guys get hurt, but I'm not a Schouman supporter anymore. He was part of and play a huge role in the sickest college game in history (Boise State versus Oklahoma), but he is constantly injured, has been inconsistent, and he weighs like 220lbs for a TE. I think he gets cut. We already have a light tight end in Nelson, and I think Stupar and Matthews beat him out for the two backup spots.
C.Biscuit97 Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 It sucks he got hurt but he was a long shot to make it anyways. You always want to see a guy be able to go down fighting though.
truth on hold Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 wouldnt be an official Bills victory unless someone was lost
Skoobydum Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Nothing personal after an injury but he is undersized for a TE, ~240 or bust.
eball Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 The guy just can't stay healthy. I feel badly for him, but I think the Bills need to move past the Schouman chapter once and for all.
bowery4 Posted August 20, 2010 Author Posted August 20, 2010 Yeah it is true he is not the future in all probability but I like him any way. Tries hard when he's healthy, over time he did show improvement.
Mickey Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 He is just not all that talented or special that it is worth waiting through one rehab after another. Remember this guys' career next time you start to think how overpaid these guys are. He always gave it his all but his carrer could never get past his bad luck with injuries.
