wardigital Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 TD TD TD. What happened. Please describe! I guess the O line held up? Bills put three running backs in the backfield, play fake, Colts safety bit 100% on the run, Evans had 1-on-1 inside coverage, beat his man, Edwards bomb, touchdown.
The Wiz Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Edwards had blocking and he hit Evans for a TD!! OMG We only need 3 RB's along with the o-line to give TE enough time to relax and CHUCK it.
Mark Long Beach Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 yuck. special teams look poor AGAIN. I sure hope they can tighten this up by the start of the season.
saundena Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Lets pull Trent- he did good tonight. Take him out on a high note before he gets hurt and now see what B Brohm can do.
BLZFAN4LIFE Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Maybe that hard hit Trent took caused his nuts to descend.
Mark Long Beach Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 21-14 in the FIRST Quarter?? man I was thinking it was already halftime and was still thinking it was high-scoring!
Heitz Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Holy, in the second pre-season game they're already out-playing last year - same ups and downs though...
thewildrabbit Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Enjoy the play, now just think if he had that much time every down to make that throw...
Whites Bay Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 But, But HE CAN'T DO THAT! But we suck! But we suck! But we suck! Oh, my world is falling apart!
notwoz Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Maybe that hard hit Trent took caused his nuts to descend.
folz Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 I'm a little nervous about the special teams too... but don't forget, they're basically learning a new system also... Bruce is a good coach, hopefully he pulls it together.
Bob in STL Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Ok, yeah we need Bobby april back..... We are playing scrubs on the kick team. If this continues next week then worry. I suspect tha we will tightn up the coverage for the next game by cutting some of the dead wood. DeHaven is not as good a coach as April but he is still very good and his coverage teams were excellent for many years (except for the MCM). Don't worry (yet).
PromoTheRobot Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Maybe that hard hit Trent took caused his nuts to descend. PTR
The Dean Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Enjoy the play, now just think if he had that much time every down to make that throw... He'll need it. Even on that play he waited far too long to throw.
Mark Long Beach Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 That's what I'm talkng bout, part 3. Hate to criticize on such a nice play, but Trent took too long to let the ball fly on that play, too. Fortunately he had the time to ball up and throw. I thought the same. A couple heartbeats longer than I would have liked to see in an ideal world. He might have held up a little to make sure exactly which angle Lee was taking. But the pass was on the money.
