Well, it's owner, eccentric billionaire Alki David, is known for dares and pranks, and often issues challenges to the battlecam community. A few weeks ago he stated that his biggest dare to date would be for someone to find a way to get in front of Barack Obama, get naked, and have "battlecam.com" written on their chest for all to see. The traffic at the site is through the roof and he's been all over tv. Think of a good reason why the million may have been paid, but not reported that it was paid. It'll come to you.
