ajzepp Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Some of you may have seen the one or two threads I started about a site called battlecam.com. Well, it's owner, eccentric billionaire Alki David, is known for dares and pranks, and often issues challenges to the battlecam community. A few weeks ago he stated that his biggest dare to date would be for someone to find a way to get in front of Barack Obama, get naked, and have "battlecam.com" written on their chest for all to see. Well, he just upped the ante, so thought I'd let you all know about it in case there is a future millionaire in our midst! http://www.cnbc.com/id/38721847/
Just Jack Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I'd do it. But I would need to know if there are any rules. Do I need to be naked when getting there, or can I wear a stripper tear away suit? Who has to get the proof, a friend or the media? Can I get it in small, unmarked bills? How soon after the stunt will I be paid? Sadly, my chances of even being at an event where Obama will be are small to none.
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 lol at least secret secutiy wouldnt worry about you having any weapons! a million sounds pretttty nice... is he coming back to Duffs anytime soon?
udonkey Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Something tells me that you'll need a shitload of money for your legal fees after that.
thebug Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Something tells me that you'll need a shitload of money for your legal fees after that. Plead guilty, do the time and spend the cash! No legal fees.
Captain Caveman Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I think there are vague laws which prevent people from profiting from illegal acts. (I remember them coming into play when some mobsters tried to sell their life stories.) Might also apply here.
CowgirlsFan Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Something tells me that you'll need a shitload of money for your legal fees after that. That's right!!! The IRS would get half of the million and lawyers the difference!!
Chef Jim Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I'd do it. But I would need to know if there are any rules. Do I need to be naked when getting there, or can I wear a stripper tear away suit? Sadly, my chances of even being at an event where Obama will be are small to none. I think that's fair seeing what you'll be showing is small and unmarked.
PromoTheRobot Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Where do I sign up? Don't forget there'll be a book deal and slot on Big Brother after, the "Where are they Now?" episode, and eventually Celebrity Rehab or a run for the Senate. PTR
DPR4444 Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I think Laurence Fishburne's daughter would do it.
thebug Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 If I was Obama, I would get the wife to do it and make a quick mil.
Pete Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I would do it in a second. Where is Obama now? I could use the cash
Just Jack Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I think that's fair seeing what you'll be showing is small and unmarked. Your wife told you about me, didn't she?
Just Jack Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I would do it in a second. Where is Obama now? I could use the cash I think it will be done quick, like in the next couple days. Someone will need the money and figure why not.
Chef Jim Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Your wife told you about me, didn't she? Yup, but man it took her 20 minutes to tell me that because she was laughing so hard.
/dev/null Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I think Laurence Fishburne's daughter would do it. That's assuming she stays out of jail long enough
/dev/null Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 If I was Obama, I would get the wife to do it and make a quick mil. Let's all pray that Barney Frank doesn't get any ideas
Chef Jim Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 No, a million isn't enough. I got a twenty dollar bill to throw in the pot.
Just Jack Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 I got a twenty dollar bill to throw in the pot. [checks wallet] Add on $3.20 from me.
