BillsFanInLV
This sucks. However it does silence the 155 postings a day from posters calling for Lynch to be traded. However, J. Bell did look promising tonight..........Trade Freddie, Trade Freddie, Trade Freddie!!!!
ConradDobler
Freddie just got a pass on preseason. He can attend all meetings, do light walkthroughs and workouts, and will have nice fresh legs come regular season. If anyone deserves a break (npi) it is #22. Steely Dan
Lynch hurt as well. http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/article101356.ece ...Jackson's injury is the most serious as head coach Chan Gailey said Jackson will miss the rest of the preseason and may not be ready for the start of the regular season. Jackson was on the sideline wearing a soft cast on his hand. "We hope to be able to get him back for the first game," Gailey said, "[but] not sure." Gailey does not know the extent of Lynch's injury, but he also may be out a while. Jackson and Lynch went down on the Bills' first offensive possession. Jackson was hurt on the second play from scrimmage when he was brought down by the face mask after a 7-yard run. Their absence prevented Gailey from utilizing some of the plays he installed for the game. "When we lost those two guys we lost an awful lot of stuff we were trying to do in this ball game," he said. "Those of you who watch practice saw a lot of the two tailback stuff and we were trying to use that quite a bit tonight. That kind of went out the gate when those two guys went down."... BuffalOhio
When he got tackled and had HIS hand in the other dude's facemask, I was expecting him to act hurt when he got up. I didn't see any of that, but I guess he was. Damn.
Steely Dan
On the upside Joique Bell looked like one of the best players on either team. When that dude gets the ball he becomes a man possessed. JMO

Chan sure sounds like an offensive genius and his perforamcne so far has sure backed it up on the field
JStranger76
Damn, now we'll never be able to trade Lynch for that Pro Bowl LT the front office has secretly been waiting to do.
Green Lightning
Damn, now we'll never be able to trade Lynch for that Pro Bowl LT the front office has secretly been waiting to do. Sure we can! Package Hardy and Maybin. That's a #1 and #2 pick.....that outta do it.... Freddy and Marshawn were looking good until they both went down. What the Hell is it about our team? Five of 11 starters on offense are injured.

Don't think for a minute that everything Chan had been planning to work with for the first half went out the window when they went down. Two back sets - pshaw! Just put the raw rookie in there in place of the scheme they've practiced for the past three weeks. It should have worked just as well.
The Big Cat
Freddy will be back for opening day. He's the lynchpin of the offense. I'm sure Chan watched him get dragged down by the facemask and thought "that's enough preseason for Fred"
