My brother thinks the Bills will score 44 pts tonight. I'm currently trying to reach his doctor.

I've been to your brothers doctor. He told me the Bills won't score at all. His name is Dr. Red Skinner

How about week 1, that's more important...

You mean the preseason games don't count towards your record? This is exactly the type of person that I referenced in my opening post. People said all last year through game 1, then game 2, then game 3 etc. "It's only preseason. It doesn't matter that the first string offense hasn't scored a TD." Well, as mentioned before, that futility carried right over into the regular season so please spare me the week 1 is more important. Next people will be paraphrasing Allen Iverson. "Preseason? We're talking about preseason?" .....Yes we are ...only as it provides insight into how we may look in the regular season.

This is not the early 90's Bills when we knew we had the best team in football and preseason was about not getting hurt and evaluating unknown talent. This team has something to prove. Gailey has been quoted as saying he wants to win. He also is playing the starters longer to see what they have got. Apparently he thinks preseason is a valuable tool for evaluating and predicting regular season performance.

Again. Just an opportunity to run my mouth. You may have just been being glib and regurgitating that same old tired phrase we hear every year.

Looks like the same old same old. Very little to take a way positive from last night. Trent looked....well like Trent. HE at least did uncork one that was so far off target it was pathetic. So much for accuracy and intelligence being Trent's strengths. That being said Steve Tasker said one really good thing when he wasn't blaming the Bills poor performance on anything but Trent. He said that coach Gailey says that Levi Brown looks every bit the NFL QB from a physical stand point. He's got the size, the mobility and the ARM STRENGTH. I can't remember the exact verbiage but the way he spoke it's a big gap between him and the rest on these categories.

Last year was the bottom of the barrel. It cannot get worse than that preseason from a year ago.

I think it just started off worse.
