Mark Vader Posted August 9, 2010 Share Posted August 9, 2010 Do any of you remember the 1973 made-for-TV thriller "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark"? As a kid, that movie scared the hell out of me. I recently saw it again, and it is definitely outdated and rather tame nowadays. Still, it is a good thriller and it helped that it was made back in the days when TV movies were actually good. Now director Troy Nixey(Cloverfield) & Producer Guillermo Del Toro have been working on a remake of this story scheduled for a release in January, and stars Katie Holmes & Guy Pearce.
