The Dean Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 If you are the #9 pick and getting paid what spiller will be paid, you better become the workhorse back. Is Reggie Bush a "workhorse back"?
ganesh Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Not a Larry "the Cable Guy" fan, eh? With the slots pretty well determined, the only way it could go wrong now is if Spiller has the attitude and mentality of Crabtree from last year. Here's to hoping the contract gets done soon. Forget Crabtree...It would be horrible to even have it the way it went down with Maybin....Maybin missed the entire training camp in Rochester.
High Mark Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Word on the street is that Spiller keeps rejecting their offers bc he wants more money - not that that should be a suprise to anyone. Hopefully this signing helps make the minds meet.
kasper13 Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 One of two things. Either Spiller wants more money because he has to play here or the Bills are low balling him because they are cheap and don't believe in "slotting". Probably a combination of both.
Fingon Posted August 2, 2010 Author Posted August 2, 2010 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...s-finally-done/ Deal is done, for real. (Maybe)
