Currently just a big empty cement structure. They only built it to keep their tax deal, didn't even have any stores lined up to go into it. I think they should turn it into a maximum security prison. Other than the entrance, there's no windows. It looks like the walls from Escape From New York.

It looks like the walls from Escape From New York. See, here's the thing about it with me. If you've ever seen their Palisades Center Mall, it's the same look. Except that there, they have store signs on the outside and it's been painted. So yes, currently it does look bad, but it could look better if they actually signed some leases.
