lets_go_bills Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast He went down in a pile-up in practice.... and didn't feel a thing. In fact, it felt good! He's back! Getting the first hit over with is a huge milestone when coming back from injury. Now he knows he's good to go, and so do we. Great sign, great progress. I'm glad he's back. Between him and Levitre, that's an awesome interior line that will be great for the next decade. Welcome back Eric!
tennesseeboy Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 That is great news. Good to see he is making a good recovery. He is going to be a special player.
bigdogtim Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 So in essence, you are saying that Wood is good?!?!
CodeMonkey Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 He impressed me with his attitude at the open practice at the Ralph. Even though he was not fully practicing then, he was the first one out of the tunnel and took the time to sign lots of things for the kids that were there. If attitude counts for anything he will be a special player.
AllDayADay Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I was holding off on getting a Wood jersey, but now its safe to say I am either getting the Byrdman's jersey or a custom Wood. If Maybin can come along, what a draft class this would be.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Kid is ridiculous. You could see Gailey's genuine response when asked about Wood's progress yesterday during the press conference, he could barely hold back his smile at how incredible it is that he came back in such short time.

For a team that hasn't had much good news over the past few years, that is great news. Let's hope he gets back to 100%, I really think if he can he will eventually be a Pro Bowl player.
