He broke his arm in his rookie year and rebroke it in the same spot because the first injury didn't heal(the rods were short)...hardly injury prone. Lots of guys have off-season things corrected. Poz is a good, productive LB that should thrive in our 3-4 defense assuming Troop and K Williams are healthy to keep him "clean" for the tackles. To boot he has been injured more than most of us like to see in a MLB whose body is still young in NFL years.. He is a solid LB but nothing special. Certainly not a 1st rounder.
