Stl Bills
Ok let me say I'm not a fan of this band, a buddy of mine had some extra tickets so I went to their concert last night and these p*ssies storm off stage after 3 songs. Then some guy comes on and says "we are canceling the show due to concerns for the bands safety". Turns out a pigeon took a dump in the lead singers mouth, that was what got them so concerned for their safety. They called the conditions unsanitary when in reality it was a completely random thing that happened.....we were 3 rows back and it wasn't like it was raining pigeon poo all over the stage or something (didn't see one pigeon turd), didn't see anything but a perfectly normal venue. So bc this little biatch couldn't get over a bird crapping in his mouth he just bounced, I would be a lot more irate had I have paid for my ticket......lawn seats were going for around $50-$75. No word yet, but there better be a refund of some sort on the way, but I doubt it. Here is the link...... http://www.reviewstl.com/kings-of-leon-can...bird-poop-0724/

UConn James
Don't they know that a bird pooing on ones head means good luck? This happens a lot at venues... the rigging and stuff provides good spots to nest. Anybody who's not a complete diva tool shrugs it off. That'll be a deduction of 50 points on KoL's man-cards. Stl Bills
What a bunch of winers......here's some article that billboard wrote saying the opening bands were covered in pigeon excriment. Even though one band, the Postells has said via twitter and facebook that they didn't get crapped on at all...... http://www.billboard.com/events/kings-of-l...tory?tag=hpfeed Hold the Hitchcock jokes. Kings Of Leon had to cut short its concert at St. Louis' Verizon Amphitheater last night (July 23) after a flock of pigeons living in the venue's rafters unmercilessly divebombed the band with poop. In an attempt to avoid dissapointing fans, the Followill guys had decided to go on with the show even after openers The Postelles and the Stills returned from the stage covered in pigeon excrement. "We couldn't believe what The Postelles and The Stills looked like after their sets," said Jared Followill in a statement released by the band. "We didn't want to cancel the show, so we went for it. We tried to play. It was ridiculous." Kings of Leon made it through three songs before some of the poop landed near the bassist's mouth and the band decided the pigeon hazard had grown too extreme to finish the show. Live Nation has already announced that St. Louis Kings of Leon concertgoers may get the price of their tickets refunded at the point of purchase beginning on July 26. The band continues its tour tonight in Chicago as planned, pigeons permitting. Apparently one of the members of another opening band got pooped on one time and it was also the bassist who happend to be standing in about the same spot..... Here's the article from St. Louis Post Dispatch that tells what really happened... http://www.stltoday.com/entertainment/musi...17a4a78c22.html
