The_Philster Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 16-0 Reason? If you think your team is going to lose, why watch the games?

Spillerwich Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 I would love to say 16-0!! I realistically think 8-8. our D is going to be much improved and I think the O will be more of an attack style offense. can't wait!!!

MattM Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 7-9, although it could go as high as 8-8 (hope I'm wrong on the low side there) or 6-10.....
BobbyC81 Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 2010 REGULAR SEASON SCHEDULE Sunday, Sept. 12 MIAMI Dolphins 1:00pm W Sunday, Dec. 19 at Miami Dolphins 1:00 PM* L I have noticed that the occasional Miami road game late in the year is almost as much of a disadvantage for the Bills as the Dolphins visiting Buffalo in Nov & Dec. It's tough to go from cold weather to hot & humid and adapt in a couple days.

Meathead Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 four wins - three of four against the other bottom dwellers, then one surprise win somewhere
The_Philster Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 11-5/10-6: contingent on Brohm starting, if it's edwards then 3-13/5-11 That's my realistic view as well...not that I'm totally sold on Brohm being the answer at QB...but I AM sold on it not being Trent
BobbyC81 Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Schedule seems brutal but I'll go with the dreaded 7-9. 2009 schedule seemed tough due to playing the NFC South but the Bills won 2 and stayed with the eventual Super Bowl Champ Saints til the 4th qtr. A review of the 2009 results reminded me how close some games were that could've resulted in a better record. The Bills defense against the run wasn't as bad as the final per game average indicates. Yes, they did give up 156.3 yds per game. Amazingly, about a 3rd (791) of the total rushing yards (2500) were given up in 3 games: 1. New Orleans- 224 yds- Bills shut down Brees and Pierre Thomas had most of his 126 yards in the 4th qtr 2. NY Jets- Game 1- 318 yds- Thomas Jones with 210- most on the 71 yd TD and another long run- Bills still won game 3. NY Jets Game 2- 249 yds Also, in most games, more rushing yards were given up in the 4th qtr as the pathetic offense kept the poor conditioned defense on the field too long and they wore down. Switching to the 3-4 should be an improvement and the offense has to be better.
Skoobydum Posted July 19, 2010 Author Posted July 19, 2010 I still find it funny that we beat the conference final loser at their own house. Hossage Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 What seems apparent is that if we cant beat the pats*, fins and jets, we are going to have a long season.

billsfreak Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Hopefully: 16-0 Realistically: 5-11 With Brohm or Fitzy: 2-14 With Edwards all 16 games, maybe 8-8 on a good day If they start juggling the QBs, which in all likelyhood they will, 4-5 wins is best we can hope for.
