Herb Brooks: I'm not looking for the best players, Craig. I'm looking for the right ones. It seems the Bills were looking for guys who are smart, hard working and self motivated. I'd rather have a less talented guy with a lot of drive in the draft than a guy with talent but no drive. Talent is nothing without drive in the NFL. JMO
