The entire concept of the FCC seems so counterintuitive to the first amendment.

 

I do find it ironic that the comments on the article censored for a low rating were all those in favor of censorship. I wonder what they think of being on the other side and getting censored.

As someone who tends to get censored a lot, I suggest the fcc would better serve us by having sex with monkeys.

The FCC's responsible for more than just censoring bad language...though your point is still not without merit.

Too bad they didn't take the next step and rule the existance of the FCC to be unconstitutional.

It's really too bad George Carlin didn't live to see this. As cool as this looks I'm guessing that by the time it gets to the SC things will be just as they were with a small concession about single words and fines. JMO
