Chef Jim Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 I'd pay .20-.30 over store cost for delivery Seeing I only buy milk to make cheese I'd pay .20-.30 over store cost to go directly to the dairy and buy it fresh from them.
Beerball Posted July 8, 2010 Author Posted July 8, 2010 Seeing I only buy milk to make cheese I'd pay .20-.30 over store cost to go directly to the dairy and buy it fresh from them. If it were close by, you bet.
Chef Jim Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 If it were close by, you bet. For me they're probably 40-45 minutes away. I'm looking for someone to ship some to me.
BuffaloBill Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 I'd pay .20-.30 over store cost for delivery You've had a milk and cow milking thing going this week ... new fetish?
Beerball Posted July 8, 2010 Author Posted July 8, 2010 You've had a milk and cow milking thing going this week ... new fetish? That's udderly rediculous.
/dev/null Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 I have a better idea Instead of milk man have a milk woman. And by milk woman I mean a hot chick wearing something along the lines of a Hooters outfit. And instead of milk she brings beer.

boyst Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 Farrell's Dairy delivers and is in Buffalo. I had heard there was a service there and did some checking. I googled them, this was all I found. I do not know their prices or any other information. For those of you not in the Buffalo area google your town plus milk delivery for some results. Also, contact your local Cooperative Extension office or visit your local farmers market (see my signature) and do some asking! You'd be amazed at what is out there!
ExiledInIllinois Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 Was more of a hassle... I had milk delivered back in 2003-2005... At first it was a novelty... Oberweiss would have the milk in glass bottles... Wasn't bad... Became a passing fad after a couple of years.
Hossage Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 If the milk is good and fresher I would pay a little more for delivery. I really like milk.
