You enjoy the 40 hour work week, union scale, collective bargaining power, 4 weeks paid vacation after 5 years, healthcare insurance stipend, grievance protection, tenure/seniority protection, time and a half after 40 hours, time and a half on Saturday, double time on Sunday, employer funded guaranteed benefit retirement plan, automatic cost of living salary escalators and a complete lack of buy-in to management decisions that the unions have fought so long and hard to provide for their membership... don't you? ps - Splendid new avatar.
