Guffalo
Sherkston has changed from what I have heard. Up in the area around CB you can still find Halls suckers for sale in the local shops and grocery stores.
HopsGuy
There should be a Canadian version of the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest at Coney Island that we have here in the States on the Fourth. How about a Timbits eating contest at the foot of the CN tower? Contestants would be allowed to dunk them them in Labatt's. It would like one of those grass court warm-up events like they have for Wimbledon. What's the worst that could happen?

How about a maple cream maple leaf cookie eating contest.? The idea of including the beer is hilarious! Why not? Brador or LaBatts Widcat would work! I could just imagine how a competition must ruin you Yes, it most likely is bad but a splurge every so often isn't that bad. Frites Alor has the best that I have tried in Montreal. I had a great workout today so I can cheat.

aussiew
Remember sherkston quarry? I remember it well. And the beach campground. All gone now. But the memories of great long weekends and all night partying still remain. Canadians really know how to party.
Doc
You know how Canada got its name? A long time ago, a guy was asked to pick letters out of a tuque. So he reaches in and reads out the first letter: "C, eh?" Then the next: "N, eh?" And the next: "D, eh?" Voila!
ieatcrayonz
Holy crap how dumb do you have to be as a country to name a day after your country? Is there a United States Day in the United States? Is the a England Day in England? No. Do you know why? BECAUSE OTHER COUNTRIES UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE 365 DAYS IN A YEAR. Where is Canada Day celebrated? One place. Canada. Anywhere else on the planet? No. DUMB!!!!!!!! What the heck do they do the other 364 days? Do they celebrate a Ghana day? Do they have a Belgium day when everyone just sleeps? No. They don't have any of that stuff. That means they gave themselves their own day, the rest of the world thinks it is total crap and doesn't celebrate it, and Canada doesn't even think they are worth more than 1/365th of a real country. Every other country in the world has enough esteem to not name a day after itself and to simply go about their business all year.
