OK! Just to give us a starting point and for me to see how close I get come to getting it right.

I project the roster to look like this:

(25)

QB - Edwards, Brohm, Brown

RB - Jackson, Spiller, Bell, Lynch

WR - Evans, Hardy, Parrish, Johnson, Easley, Nelson

FB - None

TE- Nelson, Schuman, Matthews

G - Levitre, Wood, Chambers, Calloway

OT - Bell, Green, Meredith, Wang

C- Hangartner

(24)

DE - Stroud, Edwards, Carrington, Johnson

NT - Williams, Troup

OLB- Maybin, Kelsay, Batten, Moats, Coleman

ILB - Poz, Davis, Mitchell, Torbor

CB - McGee, McKelvin, Florence, Corner, Youboty

SS - Whitner, Scott

FS- Byrd, Wilson

ST (3)

K- Lindell

P - Moorman

LS- Sanborn

Total - 52 (extra will be special teams player - WR, LB, DE, maybe fullback)

actually... this makes sense based on current rumblings and last years' rosters. Though I see you're assuming Schoebel is gone.

Biggest toss up is still at QB though. If Trent wins, I can see your list. If Brohm or Fitz win on the other hand, I can see Trent being gone.

Here's my 53:

K (1) - Lindell

P (1) - Moorman

LS (1) - Sanborn

QB (3) - Edwards, Fitzpatrick, Brohm

RB (3) - Jackson, Lynch, Spiller

FB (1) - McIntyre

WR (5) - Evans, Hardy, Johnson, Parrish, Easley

TE (3) - Nelson, Schouman, Stupar

T (4) - Bell, Green, Wang, Meredith

G (4) - Levitre, Wood, Chambers, Calloway

C (2) - Hangartner, Guerra

DE (4) - Stroud, Edwards, Johnson, Carrington

NT (3) - Williams, Troup, Harvey

OLB (5) - Schobel, Maybin, Torbor, Batten, Harris

ILB (4) - Posluszny, Davis, Mitchell, Moats

CB (5) - McGee, McKelvin, Florence, Youboty, Corner

SS (2) - Whitner, Scott

FS (2) - Byrd, Wilson

So I removed your 6 (QB Brown, RB Bell, WR Nelson, TE Matthews, OLB Kelsay, OLB Coleman) and added my 7 (QB Fitzpatrick, FB McIntryre, TE Stupar, C Guerra, NT Harvey, OLB Schobel, OLB Harris).

Urggg! LS Sanborn I hate that, why waste that spot, WTF can't one guy do 2 things or Wood, he was a center. Maybe he could do it. I would give him a try at it.

Then we have maybe one more contributer on the team. I agree it is important I just don't like it, never will.

I am also hoping someone else is playing LT

I also like J Bell and would like to see him make the team.

ML may be out of here as well Chan the man doesn't seem to happy about it, can't see it going on when we have needs. I think they are looking for a player 4 player instead of weaking the draft, too bad he's not worth a starting LT.

Also think Brown doesn't see the PS/waiver wire. Fitz or Brohm are gone IMO

They didn't pick them.

FWIW, the last position player to make the pro bowl who was also a long snapper was bruce mathews. Every team would love to have regular player who can play long snapper but that is not the case due to what specific skill set is required of them. Figure you need a guy with linebacker speed, the ability to block, snap a ball accurate and quick at 7 yards or 13 yards. the third part is toughest part to find of that combo

think of it like the closer in baseball all he needs to have are two pitches and one of them is a lightning fast fastball that approaches 100mph, that is the only thing he does and he has to be damn good at those two pitches or he is on the streets

I like this roster - the last spot could go to A. Schobel or a F.A. pickup... I don't think we'll see a starter signed F.A. wise unless maybe we can get a LT; so, that roster looks pretty good. I like that you kept the undrafted LB coleman - I think he'll be a really nice pickup. But it looks good.
