FitzShowUsYourTitz Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 I had heard Dos Equis had approached him to be the new face of their "Most Interesting Man in the World" campaign so that they could stop paying him royalties to use anecdotes from his life. Like all those crazy stories with Bob Sackamento and the time he tried to return those pants to the store (but he was wearing the pants at the time). Good times.
Booster4324 Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 as he attempts to rebuild a club that posted a CFL-worst 3-15 record last season and missed the playoffs. 4-14 would have got them in? 5-13?
/dev/null Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 He shall return some day and lead the Bills to a thousand years of Super Bowls
VanCity Posted June 5, 2010 Author Posted June 5, 2010 4-14 would have got them in? 5-13? That was the funniest quote in that article. When a team has a record (Guinness worthy I might add) of 3 and 15, one might assume that the playoffs were not achieved. Chalk it up to second rate journalism covering a second rate league. The CFL game is actually quite entertaining, the issue I have always had is the lack of energy at the games. Once you go to an NFL game, going to a CFL game is a snore-fest. It's a point proven by the "Bills in Toronto" experiment. It's the same game, but it somehow becomes pointless when most of the fans are clueless, there are no tailgate parties and the crowd acts like they are at the library.
