PushthePile
1. Treat every weapon as if it were loaded. 2. Never point your weapon at anything you do not intend to shoot. 3. Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until you intend to fire. 4. Keep your weapon on safe until you intend to fire. If you manage to just follow one of these rules, you will never accidentally smoke your buddy.

Steely Dan
Criminally negligent homicide carries a maximum penalty of up to four years in prison. It is based on an allegation Farley failed to perceive the risk his conduct posed to the victim. Weston was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting at Aiken’s vehicle. Weston is on parole and being held at the county Justice Center on a parole violation, Fowler said. Weston pleaded guilty in 2002 to a count of manslaughter in the death of Lakia Jones. He admitted to stabbing the 18-year-old woman in the chest. Weston received a six-year sentence in state prison in return for his plea. WTF!! A friend of mine was a nurse in an LA hospital and said that in a drive by shooting the only person who doesn't get hit is the intended victim. BTW, what's this; Clip clop, clip clop, clip clop.. BANG, BANG, BANG!!!! clip clop, clip clop, clip clop.... An Amish drive by shooting.
