Alaska Darin Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 I like the prospects of getting Dallas Clark for Henry, since the colts have Pollard and won't have enough money to resign the Edge. 141556 Polian would NEVER swing that deal. Not in a million years.
The Jokeman Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 Polian would NEVER swing that deal. Not in a million years. 141604 There's even a question if Donahoe would swing it as let's not forget we took McGahee and passed on Clark (who went 1 pick later). Not to mention I don't see Donahoe trading Henry to a Conference rival. If Henry's traded anywhere this offseason I think Seattle and Arizona be the team's I'd consider moving him to the most.
DreamOnDan Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 Either way, the point that I was trying to make is why not trade Henry for a starting TE instead of trading him for a 4th rd pick. If I was a GM and I didn't have a rb but had 2 good Te I would gladly take a player of Henry's caliber to play rb. I'm not asking for Tony G or Todd Heap, Just a Dallas Clark or Marcus Pollard...Doug Jolley...LJ Smith or Chad Lewis The fact is that we need a OL and a TE so why draft a tim Euhus in the 4th rd when you might be able to trade Henry for a LJ Smith? I'll take Barrett Robbins
Guest Guest Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 Keep in mind Burns has a better per carry average than Willis and Travis
