PushthePile Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 Absolutely horrible story. The article makes it seem like the murder was an execution just for the hell of it. Worthless scum like this can't suffer enough, IMO.
Booster4324 Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 Man shot, killed in response to Craig's List ad Yes, who knows how it all played out, but tragic all the same. The only consolation I see, he went out as best he could. Her husband managed to break the zip ties that had bound his hands and went to Jimmy’s defense. That is pretty damn impressive. Oh and fry those four.
Just Jack Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 Seen it before, it was mentioned twice in this thread... Any Diamond experts here?
BuffaloBill Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 what a sad story - I hate to think that this could happen frequently.
MarkAF43 Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 what a sad story - I hate to think that this could happen frequently. Sadly it can and will, for me personally, there is no way I would put anything that identifies where I live on it, and I wouldn't agree to meet someone at my home to make the transaction.... bad idea that they will know where I live etc.... but this is a tragic story and my thoughts go out to the family in this situation that may have possibly been avoided with some better planning
TheChimp Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 “I will become the man my dad wanted me to be,” Jimmy said. “In time I will forgive these evil people that robbed my dad from me.” By "forgive", I hope he means "kill". As an aside, does anyone know why it seems that they knew the family had a safe?? Strange that the story didn't make a bigger deal about that part.
DrDawkinstein Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 that's horrible. goes to show though, do NOT invite people you barely know from online, to your house. very sad.
